SUBJECT: Orders.
TO: CAPT ROBERT HONEYMAN, 01017675, Cav, 3rd Con Regt. APO 169, US Army.
- Leave of absence is granted above named officer for a period of fifteen (15) days, effective on or about 12 May 1947 for the purpose of visiting PARIS, FRANCE, and the UNITED KINGDOM.
- Travel by govt mtr a/o rail is authorized. TC Will furnish necessary rail transportation, if available within Germany only. Cost of transportation in Germany is chargeable to A 2170425-G.
- Outside the occupied zones, US Armey messing, billeting and other facilities are not authorized, and will not be provided by any commander, and further the bearer will not request any commander to provide such facilities.
- Within the occupied zones, US Army messing, billeting and other facilities will be provided only after the individual arrangements have been made, and then only at the discretion of the commander providing such facilities.
- The travel herein had been cleared in compliance with Par II, Sec I, Cir 41, Hq USFET, 26 Aug 1946.
