I am interested in working with organizations of all types on issues of patient safety, patient engagement, employee well-being, and motivation, both to generate research and to improve organizational functioning. I specialize in health care settings but would enjoy all types of industry partnerships. I am available for customized projects, training sessions, and organizational analysis and feedback initiatives.
