Interaction and Collaboration Criteria
The ECP criteria for Interaction and Collaboration places emphasis on the type and amount of interaction and collaboration within an online environment.
The criteria are as followed, and your course is graded for each as Exemplary, Accomplished, Promising, or Incomplete:
-
Communication Strategies
-
Development of Learning Community
-
Interaction Logistics
Interaction denotes communication between and among learners and instructors, synchronously or asynchronously. Collaboration refers to activities in which groups are working interdependently toward a shared result. A Learning Community is the sense of belonging to a group, rather than each student perceiving himself/herself studying independently.
