We are pleased to bring you the Rambouillet, an annual magazine that brings you highlights from Angelo State University’s previous academic year. The name of the magazine pays tribute to the Rambouillet ram, the university’s mascot. It also revives the name of the ASU yearbook that ended publication in 1993.
Angelo State University was born out of local residents’ persistence and drive in the early 1920s to bring higher education to San Angelo. Today, total enrollment exceeds 8,500 students. Private contributions topped $15 million in 2014–15, allowing myriad program and scholarship opportunities.
As you read through these stories and view the images, we hope you feel informed, proud and energized to be part of an intellectual, cultural and economic engine that is continuing to grow.
