Track & Field Masters Indoor Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C., in March 2019. Then in July 2019, Cole won national titles in the Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw and 35-Pound Weight Throw events and placed third in the Javelin Throw at the USATF Masters Outdoor Championships in Ames, Iowa. Cole is a former All-American thrower for the Rams.
