Vaccine Incentive Program

The delta variant of COVID-19 is rapidly spreading throughout San Angelo and surrounding communities, and the best way to protect your health and the health of others is to get vaccinated.

The vaccinations have been found to reduce the severity of COVID-19 and help minimize transmission of the virus. There are three vaccine options:

• Pfizer (two doses)
• Moderna (two doses)
• Johnson & Johnson (single dose)

The health and safety of the Ram Family is our top priority, so we are offering an incentives program for current students, faculty and staff who are fully vaccinated, as well as those with medical or religious exemptions. The program will run from Sept. 7 to Oct. 15 and will include weekly drawings for the incentive prizes.

Enter the Weekly Drawings

If you are fully vaccinated, just click the entry button below, use your ASU log in and fill out the electronic form to enter. If selected as a winner, you must produce your official vaccination card to claim your prize. If you received your vaccination abroad – or have a medical or religious exemption – you will need to show the appropriate documentation. ASU will not collect or store any vaccination records.

Submit Entry

If you have notified us of your vaccination through ASU’s daily wellness screening app, you must re-submit your information on the entry form to be eligible for the drawings.

Student Prizes

*Please note, if a student is selected for one of the monetary prizes, it is their responsibility to verify how that prize could affect their Financial Aid status.

Campus Vaccination Clinics

If you have not been vaccinated, we will be hosting several campus vaccination clinics in the Houston Harte University Center:

• Friday, Oct. 8

You may also receive the vaccine through your doctor or local pharmacy.
