From Favorite Fan to Family

The Ram Family is not just a slogan - it’s a way of life at Angelo State.

And when we say Ram Fam, we don’t just mean the students. The Ram Fam is the community that makes up Angelo State - students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors - even community members and our youngest Ram fans.

Nothing embodied the spirit of the Ram Fam more than a moment at Senior Day on Saturday. When ASU senior James Kirksey’s family couldn’t make it to the Senior Day presentation, one of his biggest fans, Hunter Christo, joined him at Phil George Center Court for the Senior Day presentation.

Kirksey chose Christo to stand with him. Christo, of course, obliged, because at Angelo State, the Ram Family takes care of their own.
