How to Apply

The following are required to complete the application process:

  1. Compile Supporting Documents (to be uploaded in Online Application)
    • 8-10 page Business Plan 
    • Business Owner Resume
    • Organizational Document(s) (A copy of the certificate, agreement, or formation of business)

  2. Read & Accept Terms in Client Admissions Policy
    • You will be asked in the online application to accept the following terms
  3. Once you have completed steps 1-2 and you have all your required documentation, you are ready to fill out the online application.
  4. After submitting the online application you will receive an email invoice for the Application Fee. Before your application can be processed the Application Fee of $55 is required. This is payable by check or cash to the City of San Angelo Development Corporation (COSADC). The application fee can be dropped off or mailed to:

Post-Approval Process

Approved incubator clients will be notified and required to provide information for background verification.


Denial Process

If an applicant is denied, he/she will be notified via email or phone, which will include a recommendation as to how the applicant can improve their enrollment opportunity in the future.
