Requesting Software for Labs

If you have software which you would like to make available in the computer labs for your students, contact Technology Service Center to open a work request. Generally, we require the software six weeks before the start of the semester in order to test compatibility with the operating system and ensure there are no conflicts with other software.

The more advanced notice that we have, the easier it will be to accommodate your request. In order to complete the installation, we will need a copy of the media, pertinent licensing information, and a copy of the purchase requisition.

Textbook Software

Please note any software bundled with a text book will not be able to be installed in the ASU computer labs due to a violation of licensing. These types of software are only intended to be installed on the student’s personal computer.

Software availability by lab
