Information Technology’s Involvement
As an enrolled ASU student, you are eligible for discounts from the following cell carriers below. IT assists in the initial setup of supported mobile devices to the ASU email system. IT does not support third party applications or hardware problems for any devices. If problems are experienced that are not related to sending and receiving email on a mobile device, it is the responsibility of the user to contact their service provider for support. The owner agrees that the university and its employees are not liable for any lack of functionality or data loss, either direct or indirect.
Listed below are the recommended device types that have been tested and approved for use in conjunction with the ASU email system. Please purchase one of the recommended data plans below to ensure the device is compatible with the ASU email system.

- Present a copy of your old bill to AT&T Mobility
- If a password is on the account you will need to provide this as well
Please note: Participants purchasing a new device through AT&T will incur an upgrade fee. Additional fees assessed for applying the foundation account number (FAN) should be waived by AT&T.
