What is your check policy?
Angelo State University accepts personal checks as a form of payment for season packages and for advance ticket purchases. Checks are accepted during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. When paying with a check please include proper name, current address, phone number, driver’s license number and date of birth. Also, a photo ID is required when using a check. Checks are not accepted at the gate on the day of an event.
Does a baby/child need a ticket for admission?
Yes, for reserved sections all children must have a ticket. Children under the age 5 are free with a parent for general admission seating only.
Which credit cards do you accept?
The Angelo State University Ticket Office accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Day-of-the-event ticket sales are cash and credit/debit only.
What is the the policy regarding bringing camera equipment to a game?
Cameras and video equipment are permitted at Angelo State University athletic events; however, fans’ equipment may not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
What are your rules regarding fan behavior?
Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: offensive or abusive language, throwing objects, and any behavior that interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
Can I bring food and drinks to ASU athletic events?
No, you cannot bring food or drinks to any ASU athletic events. Food and drinks will be available on site.
When do your gates open?
Football: Ticket booths and gates open 1 hour 30 minutes before the start of the game.
Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, and David Noble Relays: Ticket booths and gates open 1 hour before the start of the game.
Soccer and Softball: Ticket booths and gates open 45 minutes before the start of the game.

Where is your lost and found?
Articles that are found during or after any events held at Angelo State University will be turned over to the University Police and they can be contacted at 325-942-2071.

Are pets allowed?
Angelo State University does not allow fans to bring pets to any athletic events; however, authorized service animals are allowed with proper certification.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, with the event ticket stub from Angelo State University, you will be allowed to go in and out of the gates for the event(s) the ticket allows.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Angelo State University does not allow any refunds or exchanges for tickets.
Are restrooms available on-site?
Restroom facilities are located inside all Angelo State University athletic venues.
What is your smoking policy?
Although many Angelo State University events are held outdoors, there is NO smoking permitted at these events. You must exit the facility, with your ticket stub to re-enter, then proceed to a designated smoking area outside of the facility.
What is the cost for an ASU student to attend an ASU athletic event?
Currently enrolled Angelo State University students are admitted to regular-season home athletic events for free by presenting their activated ASU OneCard at the gate. Students may be charged at post-season events.
